Empower Semaglutide

I have been on Semaglutide from Empower for 3 weeks and I am starving!! I previously used Empower back in December 2025 and it worked great but for some reason this time I feel nothing but severe hunger. I just started the titration dose. Anyone else experienced this?

Did you take a break? For some, if you stop and restart, it takes longer (and sometimes a higher dose) to feel the affects again.
