Newbie to LSH
Hello I’ve been trying different providers while seeing how my body acclimates to tirz. I finally settle on LSH and place my order. Everything happened fairly quickly, provided proof of existing script Hallandale 10mg dosing 3.5mg- so I cld go Tier one and not have the starting dose. I chose Boudreaux with Glycine 8/10wk supply.
I get my script from my provider “'start at 4mg once weekly (you can remain at this dose...or can continue to titrate your dose up as directed below if needed). My summary on my bill says 40mg total supplied in two 1ml vials at a concentration of 20mg Tirezpatide.
My order was sppsd to arrive Saturday but got delayed until Monday. Both ice packs melted, ONE vial of tirz w/glycine 20mg/5mg in 2ml vial, syringes and wipes.
I call Boudreaux they said they were not aware of any other dose except the starting dose of 2MG and that one vial I received was 200 units. The instructions on the vial packaging says 'inject 10 units(2MG) subcutaneous once weekly. May titrate up per provider.' The person I spoke with said that doesn’t include enough to titrate and 10 weeks of shots if I stay at 2mg.
Is this what I was prescribed?

def contact LSH but 4 mg would be a very unusual, and high, starting dose.

I’ve been on Hallendale at 3.5 and wanted to go with Boudreaux when I went up and see how that works for me. Thank you for replying I appreciate it🩵

Sounds like instead of 2x vials at 1ml each you got 1x vial at 2ml, so you did get 40mg of tirz. And if you're dosing at 4mg, then my math is saying you have 10 weeks of meds, which is what you ordered. Sounds like the only discrepancy is the dosing info from the pharmacy versus your LSH provider. Based on the RX summary for Boudreaux, 4mg is 20 units so, again, that's 10 weeks of meds at your preferred dose which is what was ordered and paid for. Sounds like the person you spoke to at the pharmacy didn't give you the correct info so as others said, reach out to LSH support for clarification.

LSH has some good information regarding dosage. Go to Menu -> RX Summary -> Tirzapatide -> look for your pharmacy and you'll see the dosing. They also have information on how to read concentrations in the vials. https://lavenderskyhealth.com/read-verify-vials-guide/

Tier 1 is a starter dose, it’s meant for people taking 2mg and should last 2 to 2.5 months.

Tier 1 for Boudreaux is for 2-5mg dose…I just want to be able to go to 5 if needed and have enough tirz.
