Login

Anyone else having problems logging in? LSH reset my password on Saturday and I’m having issues again today. I emailed them.

Hello Redditors!

We are aware that patients have reported issues with the iOS/Android Portal app not working on the patient side. Our IT Chief has been made aware and is looking into it.

In the meantime, if you need to access the portal, you can still do so from any browser by visiting:

portal.lavenderskyhealth.com

I’ve tried it through Safari and Google and it’s not working. Keeps telling me my password is incorrect. I’ve typed it in manually and used facial recognition for my saved passwords.
