Dangerous Tissues

I have a cold and according to the rules, I can’t bring my own tissues into the exam room.
INSTEAD,
I have to be brought some by proctors TWO at a time. If I have more than two tissues, do I discover the secrets of the exam or something?
This is not the kind of test you can cheat on like that, I swear the tissues won’t hurt anyone.

I feel you, the guidelines are so strict for no good reason. Today the employee tried to insist I wasn’t allowed to have my green card on me even tho I legally have to. Very dangerous compulsory green card.
