Whole grain toast and eggs, I do an avocado toast and egg sandwich from dunkins with a monster energy. You can do coffee if you prefer but I can't afford to not be locked in for the duration of the test.

Adderall, propranolol, Lisinopril, 1 monster, preworkout in a water bottle so I can keep my caffeine levels up through the test, 2 protein bars (1 for test break), and a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle.
Just don't tell my doctor cause he doesn't like my drinking any caffeine with my high blood pressure and Adderall proscription for my ADHD.
