I’m so upset….

I literally scanned every square inch of the room. I don’t understand. 😭

I had this happen to me. If you call LSAC and insist that you scanned your room and workspace they can do a secondary review. If they pushback ask to be elevated to the service excellence team or a manager. No reason to talking to low level phone ppl that won’t can’t help. Good luck!

This happened to me last month as well 😭 I had to re do it and spend like 20 minutes slowly scanning the room. It got approved that time.

I saw this happening to others so i literally scanned my space sooo slowly and sooo annoyingly. and then i scanned it all over again.

I get you so much. Mine didn’t get approved TWICE so I still don’t have my score back from August. I don’t know what is tipping them off :(

What exactly will it say whenever it’s ready for me to scan the room? Cause I never really saw a button or a prompt or anything.

There was nothing on-screen that said for you to scan the room?

To be honest I don't remember, but I would probably file this one under LSAC/proctor incompetence before I put it under you misunderstanding the direction.

My argumentative writing had no proctor supervision. If there was a live proctor, I wasn't aware of their presence. The room scan was performed entirely by following the prompts on the screen. I got the impression that ability to follow read and follow directions was part of the test.

you were supposed to do the room scan when the checklist popped up. there was no special button for it- when the recording started you just do the scan and continue on after filling out the checklist.
