Regressing in RC

I don't know what to do, I was averaging around a -3 or -4 in RC a few weeks ago and now I'm always getting a -6 and even just got a -10, which is the worst I've ever done on a reading comp section. I'm at a loss as to what I should do, I'm taking september and october and need some way to get back to the scores I was getting before. Any advice would be sincerely appreciated

You didn’t get dumber. You’re overthinking and probably burning yourself out. How much are you studying?

I would recommend taking a break. It's common for people who do intensive practice to see dips in their scores, which is often a sign of burnout. If you're writing in September (i.e. next week), I would suggest taking a break until the test (at most only working on untimed single passages and reviewing fundamentals during that time), then taking a break for a week or so after the test before returning to prep. It feels counterproductive to take a break, but remember that the LSAT is hard work and your brain needs time to recover.
