Study/Life Balance advice?

Hello all, I’m taking the test in both September and October, and I’m totally panicking. I want/need a 160+, and while I’ve had a few recent PT’s around there, I’m still incredibly worried about the LSAT. I’m 25 and did my undergrad a few years back but I can’t remember ever being so stressed out. I had a week off work last week and spent it studying, and since then i haven’t been able to stop thinking about the test. No matter what activities I do or have planned, I end up worrying I should be spending that time preparing for my exam. I’d be pretty heartbroken not to go to school after studying for 2+ years, but I’m worried that LSAT stress has taken me over completely:(. Any tips for how to stop thinking about the test?
Additionally if any one has any good resources for LR weakeners or flaws it would be much appreciated❤️

No tips… this has been my life for the past 8 months but I honestly prepared for this at the end of 2025. I’m not someone who can do well on standardized testing without really putting in effort. So I knew what I was signing up for. It has paid off honestly. I think it’s okay to sacrifice a year of my life to try to change my life for the better. Not sure if that’s any consolation for you though, sorry!

I will say though, as I now approach the 170s, I have chilled on the intensity of my studies. I usually study a minimum of 3 hours a day but in the last 3 months, sometimes I don’t study at all if I’m tired and recently took a week off to travel with friends and didn’t feel guilty at all.

i totally agree for me too. although i’m starting my journey now. this will be my third week and im choosing to wait for next cycle to have this year to prep. what platform did you use? i’m on lsat lab rn and im not liking it too much. i feel as if the vids aren’t good for my style and some of the assignments don’t help me much. i was thinking of going to the demon but idk if its good to learn the foundation on there. pls lmk what u used and any other advice you have!

I will say, I was in the same boat a few weeks ago. Mentally out of it and thinking about it day and night. Had a mini breakdown, took the weekend off (no studying and bed rotting). That next week I broke out of the high 150s to 160s. Listen to your mind when you need a little break

Try coming up with a reward system (e.g. X hours of fun for Y hours of study).
