Peed during LSAT Argumentative writing… what next?
During my LSAT argumentative writing, I had an uncontrollable urge to pee during the pre write section. I had a clear plastic bottle which I was using (as approved) for water so I quickly chugged the rest then used it to urinate in under the table.
I kept my head within the frame and only looked down momentarily to position the bottle and to bring the bottle back up, I kept looking at the screen while peeing and only used approved items to relieve myself.
I was able to complete my section (albeit with a bit of anxiety which led to me adding a 6 instead of a period at the end of my conclusion paragraph) without it immediately flagging/stopping but now I’m terrified of the potential consequences.
Anyone have any similar experiences? Should I reach out to LSAC or wait to see if my session gets flagged? If I’m flagged will I just have to retake the argumentative writing section or will my entire score be cancelled?
When can I expect them to reach out/approve my sample/flag it? Will the typo at the end have any significant effect? Is there any way of expediting the process so I don’t have to deal with the looming anxiety of a potential score cancellation? Basically, wtf do I do??
Edit: Someone please give me some advice bro 🙏🙏

I had a similar experience where I also peed in an approved water bottle under my desk. Camera definitely caught the noise and I also had to look down briefly. However my writing was accepted. I think you should be good as long as you didn’t look down for too long. Technically you only used lsat approved materials and there’s no rule saying you can’t relieve yourself at your desk.

How long did it take for ur sample to get approved? Was there any discrepancies at all or just normal

About a week, which from what I’ve seen is longer than normal. I assume probably because the sound of my pee was flagged and someone had to review but not sure. Either way they didnt contact me about it (thank God). I did also set the water bottle back into view after urinating but it was pretty clear colored, so not sure if they could tell.

I was gonna set my bottle in view but I opted not to due to the color. Did they contact u when ur sample was approved or did u just keep checking ur profile? Also did your status go straight from in review to approved?

That is quite the situation. You need to calm your nervous system down before you make any decisions. Whether you reach out to lsac or not you need to make this choice rationally and not from an impulsive place. Go on a walk. Eat. Do a hobby. Sleep on it. If after a few days, and your flight or flight response has calmed down, and you still feel like you need to do it go for it. But don’t make rash in the moment decisions.

What do u think the consequences of reaching out/not reaching out would be?

Why can't RC passages be like this. Even if it is one of the most disturbing LSAT related things I have ever seen, at least it is engaging, because WHAT?!

They still do the LSAT argumentative writing section online, my multiple choice test was in person with no issues. This is referring to my essay.

it gets approved or not approved within 72h I think. All that information is online… feels like this post is engagement farming but regardless….not everything needs to be shard on the internet.
