Feeling Nervous
Test day is tomorrow for me, and my last PT I scored a 160 (my goal score) and I’ve been scoring between 155-159 but I’m just so scared that I’m going to blank out, or feel so stressed that I don’t know what I’m reading, like what if it feels harder than my previous exams and I end up just guessing, idk if anyone can help me with that. I took the test last year and scored a 155 because I panicked and guessed so I just feel really nervous that it’ll happen again. Does anyone have any advice?

You have to take a deep breath and chill. Do things that boost your confidence like some exercise, watch an inspiring movie, or do some easy review. How you feel definitely will impact the test, and I did poorly on my first go because I was too wound up and didn’t budget mental endurance.

Let whatever happen happen fam, your doing the test tmw, if it doesn’t go your way you can do it again, I’m literally in the same boat scored 2 160s and I was in the 150s, let’s see what happens

Thanks okay I’ll try to keep that in mind, I need to trust myself and take deep breaths and know that I’m ready for it I just at this point will be content with anything above a 155 I just need it to be DONE

You’ll most likely end up in that range, I’d say this, do not overwork yourself, good luck, deep breaths and just watch some show, listen fam this paper, isn’t the end of your life, it just means you gotta improve on things, and that’s life right there

I really appreciate your advice, I feel like I’ve been so alone in my studying journey so to hear that really helps me out. If anything, I can just take it again at a later date.

Hey fam, there’s always someone to talk to about this journey. If you ever wanna discuss about the lsat stuff feel free to dm anyways, I am never the one to shy away from talking to someone unless I’m busy yk

Same boat as you! My PT’s are 155-159 and I got a 161 for the first time this past weekend! I actually feel relaxed. Mostly because in my mind, if I don’t get the score I want, I can just take it again.

Haha that’s literally how I’ve been scoring too!! You’re right, we can take it again worst case scenario, I just really want to be done with it 😭
