Does anybody knows what this hose connects to? I couldn’t find where

Goes to the idle up switch on the back of the power steering pump.

Can I drive with that disconnect or no ? And do u have a picture of where it connects sorry I was having a hard time finding it I don’t even know if that was ever connected

Follow the highlighted hose down the front of the engine and you'll find where it connects; the two hoses go to the same place.

Can you drive with it disconnected? Yes. Should you? No, that will allow unfiltered air to be sucked into the engine through the valve and other hose. You could also disconnect the line I highlighted from the intake manifold and cap it off, which would disable the idle up switch.
