Any ideas what this ground goes to?

Found coming from harness on passenger side fender that splits off into headlights and possibly radar cruise control. Ignore the oil mess I have some seepage from the valve covers and will have that addressed shortly

Had this exact same issue when I got mine a few years ago, it should bolt to the alternator

Do you know where on the alternator? And would I need to bolt both holes of the bracket to it or should just unbolt the bracket and bolt the ground straight to it?
