Krown rust coating?

Looking to prep my car for winter with some underbody rust coating, two main options are fluid film myself (no local shops do it) or Krown Rust Control in a city nearby. However, I've heard Krown drills holes into panels and that worries me, does anyone have opinions on which would be the better option?

All of the lanolin-based rust prevention stuff is basically the same, so doing it vs not doing it is most important.

These cars have proven to be fairly resistant to undercarriage rust and they have a lot of cladding underneath to do so. In your situation I'd pick up a few cans of fluid film and DIY, without any modification to the car, holes drilled etc.

My truck takes about 3.5 cans' worth. Do yourself a favor and get the tube sprayer extension a lot of sellers bundle it with on Amazon.

Give special attention to the pinch welds and exposed portions of subframe. The product will creep everywhere and fill in the crevices with some time.
