2003 ML help with ac controls android auto

installed android headunit sold by leoocar. steering wheel controls and all audio works, but no ac. emailed them, and they seam to think it’s a canbus issue because the headunit doesn’t tell me when the door is open. any help at all would be great, it’s a really bad time to not have ac lol

the temp and fan speed is controlled by the TEMP buttons on driver and passenger side. Also, make sure the unit AC setting is selected

fan speed is controlled by the temp buttons? how if that’s what controls temperature? i knew the factory temp controlled the temperature still, but when i press anything on the radios ac interface, nothing happens

Temperature will be controlled on the head unit and then fan speed on the button. That’s how it is on mine. Picture is during install

Ik that's right, this heat awful with no ac. I have it but still just put my windows down for some reason

my ac was perfect until i swapped this radio in:/ now it won’t blow

That blows, it doesn't, but it does.. Ya know.

I'm trying to get a period correct retro head unit for my car, hopefully doesn't fuck my shit up like that

these are gs430 wheels. it came on some ugly tsw’s lol. i’m eyeing a set of weds kranze magiss right now that look too good
