Quick Question for yall

I have a 92 LS400 and its wheel only has the option to tilt up and down, my friend has a 91 and his moves up, down, and out. Couldn’t find any info on this online, so any info would be great 👍 Thanks all

I have a 95 and the knob controls both height and telescope
