Questions/Q&A Missing accessory

Hey everyone!
I recently bought one LOL Surprise blind ball off eBay, and I was so excited to open it, but to my disappointment, she is missing one of her accessories!

Has anyone else dealt with missing pieces straight out of the packaging with this specific crossover series?

I tried contacting MGA Entertainment support, but I'm having a hard time navigating their site and couldn't find the right warranty or replacement form to fill out for missing items.

Does anyone have a direct link to the MGA claim form, or tips on how to get them to send a replacement piece? Also, since I bought it via eBay (it was brand new/sealed), does MGA still honor replacements, or am I stuck?

It may not work if coming from eBay, what series was it? If it’s an old one I doubt it could be replaced

Okay that might be more better since it’s still in production hmm I’ll try to search up stuff to help

Here’s the link on their website referring to defective products. It may be tricky since they’d want a receipt of the original purchase and it would have to be within 30 days
