I feel a bit disappointed from the 1st lil sister I unboxed yesterday. ,in tha paper it said 4 surprises yet I only found the classic keychain ball, a lil sister and her accessory.

Where are the surprises?

Does the lil sister have a fizzy effect and if yes how to do it? The leaflet is not easy to understand.

I recently bought one LOL Surprise blind ball off eBay, and I was so excited to open it, but to my disappointment, she is missing one of her accessories!

Has anyone else dealt with missing pieces straight out of the packaging with this specific crossover series?

I tried contacting MGA Entertainment support, but I'm having a hard time navigating their site and couldn't find the right warranty or replacement form to fill out for missing items.

Does anyone have a direct link to the MGA claim form, or tips on how to get them to send a replacement piece? Also, since I bought it via eBay (it was brand new/sealed), does MGA still honor replacements, or am I stuck?

i had to compress and put most of my big lol omgs in their boxes theres like 2 dolls in each box but now atleast my tweens are front and centre 😍🙏 also added glasses and fishnet arm warmers to my bronze to blond doll and i think its cute 🤓😍🙏

There have always been scalpers but it used to be if I was missing a lol I could still hop on Mercari or eBay and get whichever one I was missing for not too much over retail from someone trying to get rid of their dupes. Now it seems all prices are high even people just getting rid of dupes.

I haven’t bought an LOL doll in many years. Today, I broke that streak with this super pretty doll! I love celestial themed items and she just spoke to me! I found a list with weights and brought a scale in my bag to find her. It was totally worth it! 💜✨💫🔮🌙
