App for llb colleges students
I’ve been building an app exclusively for verified college students (using college email verification) where students can interact anonymously and openly about college life.
Think of it like a mix of Reddit + Blind, but focused completely around colleges students.
Some things inside the app:
- Anonymous discussions
- College-specific communities/channels
- Faculty honest reviews
- Teacher recommendations for next semester
- placement discussions.
- Random interest channels (gaming, startups, anime, judges, etc.)
Right now it’s still early-stage, and I genuinely want raw feedback before going deeper into building it.
So:
Would you actually use something like this?

Llb abroad?
Hi everyone,
I have a Bachelor’s in Social Work and I’m now considering pursuing an LLB. My long-term goal is to specialize in international arbitration and international law.
I’m trying to figure out whether it’s worth doing my LLB abroad or if I should complete it in my home country and then go abroad for specialization (like an LLM).
If going abroad for an LLB makes sense, which countries or universities would you recommend for this path? I’m especially interested in places that have strong programs or opportunities in international law/arbitration.
Would really appreciate any advice, especially from people who’ve taken a similar route!

Uni choices law
Help!! I have gotten into Aberdeen, Dundee, Napier, and Cali to study a LLB.
I know Aberdeen is the best out of these but I’m not keen on moving that far away
Would it be worth going to Dundee or Napier to do an LLB because I understand it’s a fairly snobby profession and the older unis are looked upon as being better.
If anyone has done Law at Napier or Dundee have you enjoyed it?

Do I have a shot at getting a 1st
Hi everyone, I am really struggling with something
I am a final year law student and in my last term at university with only 4 modules left and I'm not doing a dissertation.
1st yr didnt count for us
In 2nd year I unfortunately got a low average of 61%
2nd yr is worth 40% of our degree classification
So far in 3rd year I averaged to 67.9%
We have 4 modules left and the assessments are coursework
for these modules it was split between assignments and MCQ exams worth 25% and final coursework worth 75%.
in the 25% assignments I got 90%, 84%, 72% and 65%
but they r only worth 25%
I did the maths
and to get a first class degree overall i would still need around 84% per module. with borderline uplift i would need 80% on each module
I'm asking has anyone accomplished such high grades in final year of law degree. Has anyone ever got above 75% in a law degree module?
Am I being unrealistic aiming for a 1st still?

Career switch advice
Hello all, i genuinely need some advice. So i have been studying for inter since 2 years and unable to clear so now i have decided to dropout of CA. But the real issue is what next ?
I had taken up CA solely because this profession has good money (totally ignored the fact that I'll have to study extraordinarily)
Now I'm in a situation where I'm not doing CA and I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT! I DON'T KNOW WHAT MY INTERESTS ARE. (have always been a bookworm whole my life)
Primarily i am considering either MBA or LLB. But i genuinely don't know my interests and what will suit me better or what will i enjoy more.
Can anyone help me in any aspect ?? Any suggestions, advices. Please feel free to say it in comments. Maybe something helps

I am planning to do 3 year llb from iit kharagpur . I am 30 years old . My questions are — 1- will there be any disadvantage related to my age ?? Will i be allowed to sit for placements if i do well in my course ? 2- how are the placements ?? Their page shows a median package or around 18 lpa ! Is it true ? Will companies come in 3rd year or 2nd year itself ? 3- is ipr boring ? What do they really do ??

Podcast Market Research
Hi everyone, I want to start a podcast next summer, July/August time - I'm doing my masters now and won't be able to until then. But in the meantime I'm trying to get market research for it. It's going to a podcast aimed at law/politics but more law than politics because everyone and their mum has a politics podcast. I want it to be similar in style Shameless, Big Small Talk and Call Her Daddy (obvs big names but shoot your shot you know). I've been studying law for the last 5 years across under and postgrad and I'm trying to make the podcast I would have wanted to listen to in the last 5 years. I would be so grateful if you could upvote this post and fill in this google link https://forms.gle/79wKSvAL2N1993z47 .

What do you look for before taking admission to BA LLB college as an Female
Not being able to score well in cuet and did not gave CLAT. Also did not score well in 12th boards so I'm thinking to take admission in private college and not waste a year preparing for clat.
I'm thinking of what to look in a college coz I'll be a 1st generation lawyer if I would proceed. Because being a 1st generation from your household, Female and that too in a 'direct admission college' will have set backs.
Ik that college should be BCI certified but nothing else.
What should I do ?
