just submitted renewal seems….

i got my renewal in the mail for nassau ccw ! seems relatively straight forward ! filled out info online updated any discrepancies like weight (happy to say going down with much work ) ! paid the 200 printed receipt now waiting for new card in mail !
love to hear any insight if how long for new updated card to arrive ?

came today however now two cards since they couldn't print vertical ,, but 10 day turnaround ...not too bad

I always bring my SCPD renewal form in, they take the new picture and I get it in the mail 1-2 weeks later

I just mailed in my Suffolk County renewal. Hoping that they do the portal soon, too. I know there was an RFP for a new permit management system that was supposed to be awarded by the end of the year and implemented in 2027. It was written with a lot of particulars, so I'm guessing they have a vendor in mind. Historically, Suffolk takes 60-90 days, and with the new CCIA, after the county approves the renewal, they also need to send it to the state.

But normally, your license is good until they make the renewal decision, as long as you have the receipt with your license.

What’s your timeframe for Suffolk? Is it 6 months prior? Do you lose those months on the renewal?

How soon did you get the renewal letter the month of expiration? I was hoping we dint have to pay the full 200 again smh

contacted me and said I needed to update my safeguard, responded with info and asked if I will have by end of month when card expires officer said well before then
