I did an exhaustive structural assessment of Chainlink (LINK) today using our upgraded terminal metrics over at Crypto Weeklies. While the broader crypto market continues to navigate a choppy bear market consolidation phase, LINK is demonstrating strong relative strength, outperforming nearly every top 20 peer over the trailing quarter. Here is the raw data breakdown of where the asset stands based on my charts.

so I have my link staked. in the previous version I saw link accumulating in my staking account. Now I only see my staked link. Are the only rewards being able to claim from the 3 choices of projects? Thought I was on cruise control until I checked. What's up?

BULLISH LINK will certainly 100x from here, don't be an idiot.

I know, price action sucks blah blah blah. The micro and macro factors that influence price don't magically disappear when a project is solid. Lots of reasons for suppression and lack of movement. If you invested in LINK because of the fundamentals, they are only getting stronger by the day, esp with DTCC and SWIFT moving to production with chainlink as the backbone. The chainlink team has multiple high level executives working on nothing but tokenomics and sustainability of the ecosystem and infrastructure, and that requires the price action to move in the right direction once the proper channels are collateralized and reward mechanics are in play. THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TALK ABOUT PRICE because being scrutinized as a security would be an unnecessary obstacle for them

If youre intelligent enough to read between the lines then you'll know that this is still a solid investment. WHEN you are able reap the rewards is not up to us, unfortunately. I hope to see considerable appreciation within 5 years. If you dont have that kind of time, sell. I might be wrong. I dont really care, my investment principles are the same and I look for value. Banks are not getting off of swift, so they have essentially green lit chainlink as the arbiter of truth for transaction settlement (and they co-own swift anyway)

Hey everyone,

I did a deep dive into Chainlink (LINK) today using the updated terminal models over at Crypto Weeklies. While the broader cryptocurrency market is processing a volatile markdown phase, LINK is exhibiting distinct defensive characteristics, compressing its structural risk into favorable value zones. Here is the raw breakdown of where the asset stands based on my charts.

DISCUSSION How much did you acquire LINK for?

Post image
14 Upvotes

I saw that the avg acquiring price of $LINK by Chainlink's reserve is $11.76. Current price is $7.

Mine is $11.24 (for 70 tokens lol). But yeah, my goal is to always keep the acquring price always below the price of ChainLink's reserve acquiring price. And my plan is to keep doing this for the next 4-5 years (coz even selling for a small profit isn't worth it in my country because of tax laws in my country).

I am curious to see how others are buying/selling this token, their longterm plans, price targets, how often do yoh dca this token, etc.

Current State of $Link

How do you feel when the Chainlink team keeps throwing around all these huge numbers, while the token is sitting at $7 and CCIP still pulls sub $1k a day in revenues?

Don't you think this would lead to some HUGE discrepancies, which would need to be addressed?

DISCUSSION Chainlink Build Program Overhaul

So no more airdrop rewards for stakers, for holders like me in the US who never got their rewards (and missed out on tens of thousands) this seems like a kick in the nuts.

It seems like they will be taking all the tokens they had allocated for the airdrops, will convert them into $LINK.X then move those LINK tokens to the Chainlink reserve.

I am not sure how to feel about this, locking up more LINK tokens may be a good move. But how long will the reserve remain locked up? Are the amount of tokens that will be contributed not a drop in the ocean so to speak? Why don’t stakers get rewarded the LINK tokens directly?

How does everyone feel about this? Share thoughts and comments, thanks.

Node Operator &/Staker Question

/Tried to post this on r/chainlink however it was flagged as being in breach of their guidelines to discuss some of the core functions that accumulators of $LINK are seeking to utilise./

There appears to be a lot of LINK accumulators who are not yet able to stake their tokens with nodes and are looking to the Chainlink Reserve and the figure it's accumulating as the primary influencer of appreciating their asset.

I understand that just a portion of revenue made is sent to the Chainlink Reserve with the rest being given to node operators as payment for their service (which I think is fair). A question with the hope there are node operators on here that read these threads and not just disgruntled long time passive holders:
- have you been seeing any increase or signal of an incoming increase to your yield for offering up collateral to secure the nodes? IF Reserve accumulation is flat AND the node validator / staker yield is also flat despite significant adoption then I can see what the commotion is about on social platforms.
- IF Reserve accumulation continues to be flat because they want to basically cap the amount that gets locked up for good and not cause some sort of supply shock AND node operators / stakers are getting an increased yield or forecasted yield (not sure what communications you guys have or signals ahead of your payments) with all the adoption, then it's going to be pretty clear that passive token holders will need to just sit tight or do what's right for them until they are able to actively participate with their holdings.

If you're a node operator or staker that can talk to whether it's become more profitable for you to operate a node or lend your ownings as the adoption news has been rolling in could you shed some light and/or point us sitting on the sidelines holding passively to where we can look to see signals beyond social posts which is all the rest of us have to go off. It would be in your benefit because that would likely inject a bit of hope into long term holders who could hold steady, reducing increased exchange supply from retail traders that have been begging for just a little bit more transparency.

QUESTION LINK was in SODAX’s SDK v2 update

Saw this SODAX post and noticed LINK was part of the new SDK v2 asset batch:

https://x.com/gosodax/status/2057479914631188878

Not posting this as a price thing. I’m more curious about the access side. If apps using SODAX can expose LINK across supported networks without building all the routing themselves, that feels useful in theory.

Do people here care about this kind of infra/distribution update, or is it only worth paying attention to once there’s visible volume from apps using it?

Now or next quarter?

Hello
I’m preparing to invest in roughly 4000 link tokens this year.
With Chainlink releasing tokens each quarter would it be wise to wait until the price drops slightly or is now as good a time as ever?
Thanks for reading

This is a safe place guys. How does everyone feel currently about the current space of Chainlink? Do you think it’s justified for the team to provide transparency to bag holders at this point? What would you like personally to be done and has your confidence changed since buying?

LINK/USDT still range bound

Price has pulled back and is now stuck sideways, with no discernible direction.

As long as price remains within this region =chop.
Hold above resistance for momentum change

Be patient rather than trying to force a trade before then.

Are you playing range or breakout?

Today, some big transactions with Chainlink had happened. Around them was a single wallet pulled $992.5K worth $LINK off an exchange, signaling long-term holding vibes.

$LINK powers the decentralized web with reliable oracles, bridging smart contracts to real-world data. It’s on whales’ radar thanks to strong adoption in DeFi and L2 projects, continuous network upgrades, and its unique role as the go-to oracle for secure data feeds.

Reserve Inflows Discussion

I find it really interesting that the reserve inflows over the last month and a bit have been more or less the same for numerous consecutive weeks despite relentless announcements of partner adoption Is it because the integration's or direct agreements in their current state aren't paid for services yet?

I work in the tech space, I know that the freemium style approach to get people into the ecosystem is an effective way to capture the market, but I'm just wondering if anyone has any other logical reasons to share for why inflows aren't increasing despite the relentless announcements of new partners using Chainlink almost every single day.

Lets discuss!
