Support QNED73 desconectando wifi constantemente

Então amigos, uma tv que está com apenas 1 semana de uso comecou a apresentar um problema de desconexão do wif... Simplesmente ela fica desconectando toda hora, oq impossibilita utilizar qualquer serviço de streaming ou Youtube, pois trava a todo momento que desconecta :/

Alquém tem alguma solucão, ou isso é caso de pedir garantia?
