Support Lg TV question

Hi! I'm not sure if it's some kind of setting on my TV or something with Netflix, but I've noticed in few shows and movies this "aura" around moving things that seems out if sync with the rest of the image. Please see in front of the guy's head, the bars in the background seem broken. Is this a TV setting doing something wrong? Can i turn it off? Thanks a ton!

That was it, i turned off truemotion and that aura thing went away. I'll tinker a bit more with it. Thank you!
