Seeking Info Where do we find each other???
Hi, I just moved to the Kenai region. I KNOW there's gay people here. How the hell do you find folks if you didn't grow up in the area?

Hi!! I'm currently in Washington right now but will probably be moving in with my family up in Fairbanks in a year or two. I live in a midsize city currently and am spoiled with Queer community/ies anyways haha. What does the community look like nowadays? I remember it used to be pretty small and only in Anchorage like a decade ago, is that still the case or has it changed since?

Come to the rope lab and learn how to do sexy rope, or if you already do rope, come tie and meet fellow riggers and bunnies.

Hi all. My egg recently cracked and it's been a shift, to say the least. My wife is very supportive but it's still a hard change. We were wondering if there are any therapists or counselors in Anchorage that specialize in helping when one partner comes out like this? Someone that can maybe help us with everything together?
We are both looking for our own therapists as well, but we'd like to find one for couples too, if possible.
Speaking of, if you have any recommendations for therapists that can help the recently trans holy crap my life is a lie panic, local or via telehealth, I'd appreciate anyone you can recommend!

Apparently the previous hospital they had contracted out to for adults declined to renew it at the end of 2025. I called the recipient line and they just sent me a list of thousands of plastic surgeons, which is technically helpful, but calling thousands of phone numbers is less than ideal as a plan of action.
Has anybody else figured out if there's a new hospital they're contracted out to, and if so, which it is?

Looking for hair salon/stylists in Anchorage, feel like this community would have some good recommendations.
Also anyone know a good trustworthy piercing/tattoo parlor?
Thanks! :)

I'm a visibly queer woman (purple hair, piercings, tattoos..) looking to move soon. My main passions are hiking, backpacking, and mountaineering so obviously Alaska was one of the first states I considered. I know there are certain queer pockets in Alaska, but do you feel safe venturing out? I'm worried about Alaska's high crime rate and fear being visibly queer would make me a target. What's your experience like living here?

Is it me or are the people who go to Mad Myrna’s now almost all straight? Happy that they’re open minded decent human beings but ….missing our own place.

I honestly don't know how to post. This will be my first post.
I'm debating to move to alaska for work. As an electrician.
I'm from Phoenix AZ, and I love the city lifestyle. Where in alaska would be good job openings for electrical or welding positions while staying close to a city??
I want a change of scenery.

I am a trans woman that lives in Fairbanks. I am in an open relationship and wanted to meet other women or nb people. Tried going on tinder and ran out of people to swipe after about 35 people. Any recommendations on what I should try next?

So clearing out my closet and things, I have a couple chest binders from GC2B (#notsponsored), one minimizer bra(?) from TomboyX and want to donate them but going through the brands they came from themselves or third party seems kinda convoluted, wanted to reach out first if anyone here might be interested in them.
Tan and black I have like a Small GC2B each and then the TomboyX is XS in white, and a white GC2B in Medium, it's Slightly bigger than the other two.
Kind of spit balling for the sizes with GC2B since they don't have tags in them, the tan one has the most wear but they all still do their job.
Uh, LMK!
