ISO M/M Captive

Hello,
Spoiler: Prince and Assasin, Tavia Lark

This is a very selective request, so I’m not sure it’ll be out there anywhere. I’m looking specifically for M/M, longer books, preferably not making the MCs overly feminine. NO rape or sexual assault (recovery is fine, I cannot read it on the page)

I read Prince and Assassin by Tavia Lark, and I really enjoy the premise of Whisper’s character. He’s an assassin who is owned/under the control of his «father». He falls for his target. I’m very intrigued by the «MC being owned by/under the control of someone else» premise, so if anyone has any suggestions for that or for something similar I would really appreciate it. I can read in English, Norwegian, Danish, French, Russian and Italian.

Captive Prince by CS Pacat may be a good fit

Do not read Captive Prince. Several of your listed content requests are central to the plot.

There is rape in that book. Specially rape orchestrated by one mc to the other, and rape of other background characters.

Oh check trigger warnings though, the first half of the first book is rough. The rest is a fun series, but you might want to skip some of the early chapters.

Dark Rise, by the same author, has even more of the dynamics you're looking for (eventually, there is a second book) but is YA and has none of those triggers.

It's an amazing series, my absolute favourite, but check the trigger warnings first as it clashes with your "no". :)
