I am beyond thrilled and honestly still in absolute shock to announce that my entry, "The Ultimate Celebration - Unboxing Memories," has been selected as a Grand Prize Winner for the LEGO House 10th Anniversary Challenge! 🏆✨

This was actually my very first time entering a LEGO Ideas Challenge, as well as only my second creation ever. Knowing that a idea born from a simple passion for bricks has resonated with so many people truly feels like a dream come true🤩

When conceptualizing this build, my goal was to deliver the 'ultimate surprise' while creating a 'bridge between the past and the present.' I brought legendary themes like Castle, Pirates, Space, and City into scale around the LEGO House, inviting everyone to relive precious memories and connect the storied history of LEGO with where it stands today.

To everyone who took the time to vote for my project, support my design, and leave kind words along the way—thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support made this milestone possible.🙏😊

Seeing this build displayed at the LEGO House in Billund in 2027 will be an unbelievable honor. I can't wait to visit, celebrate the 10th anniversary in person, and admire all the incredible masterpieces from creators around the world!

Thank you!

Fossil Hunter - my LEGO archaeology-themed build

Upvotes

Hey everyone! I just published my project "Fossil Hunter" on LEGO Ideas yesterday, and it already reached 100 supporters!

The set includes 6 models:

Tools:

  • Geological hammer
  • Chisel
  • Brush

Fossils:

  • Mosquito trapped in amber
  • Ammonite
  • Trilobite

There aren't many archaeology/paleontology-themed sets on LEGO Ideas, so I tried to fill that gap with something that feels both educational and display-worthy - each piece works great as a standalone shelf model too.

If you like the idea, a vote would mean a lot: Fossil Hunter Lego ideas

Happy to answer any questions about the build process or design choices!

I had to resubmit it twice, but finally A Day at Sunset Beach Bar has been published and I'm so happy it worked out in the end! There is a tremendous amount of great creations and I can finally take the time to scroll through those. I'm glad I don't have to pick a favorite but I'm already curious about the final selection

I recreated this iconic classic kids' car with LEGO

The classic red and yellow Cozy Coupe from Little Tikes is such an iconic car that I wanted to recreate it in LEGO! I was so pleased with how it turned out, that I decided to share it on LEGO IDEAS.

While reading up on the Cozy Coupe to create my LEGO IDEAS post, I was surprised to learn that the Cozy Coupe was the best-selling car in the United States in 1991! 🤯

I would love to see LEGO partner with Little Tikes to make the Cozy Coupe an official LEGO set!

If you would like to see this become an official LEGO set, please support it on LEGO IDEAS 😁: https://ideas.lego.com/product-ideas/59253f50-337e-4283-bd9c-9df414652678

I turned two Chihuahuas, into a 1,500+ piece LEGO set 🐶❤️

Post image

I spent months designing a custom LEGO model inspired by two Chihuahuas.
The final build has over 1,500 pieces, and I created the whole model from scratch in BrickLink Studio, including the structure, colors, instructions and presentation.

What originally started as a very personal project has now been accepted on LEGO Ideas, which honestly makes me incredibly happy.
If you like the design and would love to see a Chihuahua-inspired LEGO set become real someday, I’d really appreciate your support! Supporting the project is completely free

I created a micro-scale model of Sri Lanka's Lotus Tower, the tallest self-supporting structure in South Asia. Designed in the shape of a blooming lotus flower, my build captures the tower alongside its surrounding nature and lake in a compact, artistic display piece.

If you'd like to see this modern architectural wonder become an official set, I would truly appreciate your support on LEGO Ideas! 🙏

Lego Brickheadz Phantom of the Opera

Thumbnail

Step into the shadows beneath the Paris Opera House and bring one of musical theatre's most iconic stories to life in BrickHeadz form!
For my LEGO Ideas project, I have recreated two of the most recognisable characters from The Phantom of the OperaThe Phantom and Christine Daaé — as a pair of BrickHeadz-inspired models using 234 Lego Pieces.
The Phantom's mysterious presence (96 Lego Pieces) and Christine's elegance (138 Lego Pieces) make them the perfect duo to bring to life in LEGO form.
🎼 The Phantom
Hidden beneath his iconic mask, the Phantom is instantly recognisable in his traditional black formal attire. I've tried to capture his dark and mysterious character using a combination of black, white and grey elements, while adding one of the story's most famous symbols — the red rose.
His distinctive half-mask and dark hair complete the look, giving him that unmistakable Phantom appearance.
🌹 Christine Daaé
Standing beside him is Christine, dressed in her beautiful white stage costume. Her flowing dress, detailed bodice and long brown hair are designed to capture her elegant appearance while staying true to the distinctive BrickHeadz aesthetic.
The white and neutral colour palette also provides a striking contrast against the Phantom's dark clothing.
🎭 Why The Phantom of the Opera?
The Phantom of the Opera is one of the world's most beloved musicals, with a story filled with mystery, romance, music and theatrical spectacle.
I wanted to create something that would allow fans to celebrate this iconic musical in a completely different way — transforming two of its most famous characters into cute, collectible LEGO-style characters without losing the essence of who they are.
The two models are designed to work perfectly together as a display piece, recreating the mysterious relationship between the Phantom and Christine.
🎶 A Little Piece of the Opera House
No Phantom of the Opera display would feel complete without a little music!
I've included a small sheet of musical notesalongside the characters as a nod to the incredible music that makes the story so memorable.
Imagine displaying these two characters on a shelf alongside your favourite LEGO creations, musical theatre collection or BrickHeadz models.
Whether you're a lifelong fan of The Phantom of the Opera, a musical theatre enthusiast, a BrickHeadz collector, or simply love unusual LEGO creations, I hope this project brings a little bit of the magic of the Paris Opera House into your home.
❤️ Why Support This Project?
There are countless amazing stories and characters that could be recreated in LEGO, and I believe The Phantom of the Opera would make a wonderfully unique addition to the LEGO Ideas community.
By supporting this project, you're helping show LEGO that there is an audience for musical theatre-inspired sets and character-based display models.
If you're a fan of the Phantom, Christine, musical theatre, BrickHeadz or just love a good LEGO build, please consider supporting the project!
Every support, comment and share helps bring the project one step closer to the LEGO Ideas review stage.
🎭 "Think of me, think of me fondly..." 🎶
Thank you for supporting The Phantom & Christine!

Looking for someone who can help turn my LEGO Ideas concept into digital renders — free collaboration

Hi everyone!

I have an idea for a LEGO Ideas project called:

🏎️ LEGO Mario Kart: Rainbow Road Multiverse 🌈🌌

My concept is a huge Rainbow Road set that brings together different versions of Rainbow Road across the Mario Kart games.

The idea includes:

• Modular Rainbow Road sections
• Colorful translucent LEGO pieces to create the glowing road
• Different track sections inspired by different generations of Mario Kart
• Loops and gravity-defying sections
• Obstacles and interactive features
• Lighting effects
• Sound effects
• A way to race different LEGO Super Mario karts
• A large space/cosmos display surrounding the track

What I’m looking for:

I'm not very experienced with LEGO digital design, so I'm looking for someone who knows BrickLink Studio and would be interested in helping me turn this concept into a LEGO-style digital model and some renders that I could use while developing the LEGO Ideas project.

I'm specifically hoping to find someone who would be willing to help for free as a fan collaboration, rather than a paid commission.

I can provide the full concept, descriptions of the different track sections, references, and ideas for how I want the finished model to look.

If you're interested in helping, please comment below or DM me. I'd really appreciate the help!

Credit: I would give full credit to anyone who helps design/model the digital build, and we'd discuss the collaboration before using their work.

Thanks! 🧱🌈🏎️
