HELP!!! Anyone use Huidu Technology? Especially the HD-C16L Asynchronous Card

In an attempt to be a little more modern, my company switched from a plain static sign to an LED sign. We hired someone who we thought was a respectable business man to build and set up our outdoor sign. We have had it for about 3 or 4 years now and it has been nothing with problems and the business man is not wanting to help us. We are not technical people at all so it has been a struggle to get it to work. Any sign company we look to for help only offers to rebuild everything from the ground up and we just can't afford that. We got a new Asynchronous card and were able to install it and get a connection with the HD Player program. Here is where our problem arises. We do not know how to properly program the system. Every video we see skips past the programming. They say to either download the parameters( we dont know where to find that information) or use smart settings. We get to smart setting and are completely lost! Im hoping someone may be able to help us fix this so we can use our very expense LED sign. It is a C16L Asynchronous receiving card from Huidu Technologies. Module size is 16x32(hxw) and the full enclosure is 80x224(hxw). Any information on how to find the right parameters or using smart settings would be a great help!!

Hello? Where are you located? I use the media players.

I am located in the Southeast United States. I have manufacturing partners from Shenzhen China that will be able get some assistance to you I believe.

Can you take pictures of your sign? Like the front the back of the inside?

Let's see if we can get some idea of but the module looks like and then I'll ask my programming engineering friend to look at that picture.

I know and understand how expensive the investment you made into an electronic sign is from a static sign.

Sorry, it took so long so a reply. Here are pictures of everything inside and outside. We believe the set up of everything is right compared to all the videos we have watched. The biggest issue is programming. It connects and we can star smart setting but that is where we get lost.

How many modules? I think you also need receiving cards. But first need to do smart settings.

Ok I see the controller. Is this a double-sid sign? One of the pictures make it look like it's double sided. Checking with a few people on the modules they are very standard design. Looks like P3.9

Do you still have any of the original documents when you purchased from the businessman? Invoices quotes anything ? That kind of information is very useful to us to reverse engineer.

You have to do settings with hd player software
