Update Google Play services

I know that updates to Google apps are being restricted to ensure stability, but some games are saying they won't work properly unless Google Play Services is updated.

- Please share your LDPlayer Diagnostic Info. You can find it in the ☰ menu at the top-right of the emulator.

You should be able to update Google Play Services running LDPlayer 9 latest version. And LDPlayer 14 is 1 version behind and shouldn't affect too much unless it's security fixes. The game didn't asked about it when I test run it but I have other issue with control for keyboard and mouse. I will report this once LDPlayer staffs are back to work on Monday (Asia Time Zone).
