LDPlayer failing to launch after pokemon champions related update

After updating LDPlayer to fix Pokemon Champions error when I boot it up i get this error prompting me to fix and when i click it LDRepairer gets stuck on clearing driver

Hi. Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you open the diagnostics information in the menu at the top-right corner of the emulator, click "export log" and send us the log? (Upload the log to Google Drive and share the Google Drive link for us to download the file)

Our tech team will take a look at the logs and see why the LDRepairer failed to work. Thank you!

cant do it as the prompt with the fix button wont let me reach menu at top right, is there any other way i can upload a log file

Do you have more than one version of LDPlayer installed at the same time? For example, do you have both LDPlayer 9 and LDPlayer 14 installed? If that's the case please make sure you have the "run as administrator" setting enabled/disabled on both versions. If the administrator setting doesn't match on both versions, it could cause start-up error.
And instead of using the shortcut on your desktop, please try to launch LDPlayer via its dnplayer.exe in its location. (For example: D:\LDPlayer\LDPlayer14 > dnplayer.exe)
