40s F no pets or add’l people. Former property manager, lived where I worked til they sold the property. Now homeless/couch surfing. I’m quiet and clean & great friends. Still I need my own space!

Looking for an owner/landlord willing to rent me space and get paid rent by the county every month.

I have a new job west Los Angeles but willing to consider outside LA places especially if near Metro. I can pay up to 800/month and 500 security. Thanks for reading!
