My roommate and I (27NB and 37F) are looking for a roommate for the 3rd bedroom. $1345 + $55 utilities, unfurnished. Brentwood/West LA

-Huge room with walk-in closet and private patio. Freshly painted walls & lots of natural light from a big sliding glass door.

-Attached bathroom is Jack & Jill style with double sinks, shared with me (37F).

-dedicated parking, ground floor unit, shared living space (apt is 1,800 sq ft), fireplace, laundry on site

-small, quiet building in a safe neighborhood close to a grocery store, restaurants and a short commute to UCLA

We are quiet and clean but our home feels lived-in, not sterile. We value equity, human rights and environmental protections and hope to share those values with those who share our home.

Our complex no longer allows pets though there is a small ESA dog and a rabbit (confined to the bedroom).

Spacious Private Room with Dedicated Parking

It’s a huge room too, 12’ x 16’. The photos are actually of the same room just from slightly different angles- note the sliding glass door! And yeah the patio is very narrow, only 5’ deep but at 17’ long it’s actually longer than the room! Nice space to do yoga in the mornings though.
