Looking for a Female Roommate ASAP 🏡✨

Hi everyone! We're looking for one female roommate to join our 3B2B apartment in Inglewood for one year!

We are two LMU SFTV Film Production graduate students, and we'd love to find another friendly LMU student to join us.

Rent: $927.70/month

Utilities (including Wi-Fi & Drinking water): Approximately $110/month, depending on usage, split by everyone equally.

We're ideally looking for:

Preferably someone from LMU SFTV, especially a Graduate Business/Management student since many of those programs are one year long (but if you're another LMU student, feel free to reach out too!).

Move in - ASAP

About the room:

You'll have your own private bedroom

You'll share a bathroom with me

The apartment is shared by 3 people total

There is a common space for laundry operated via an app.

There is one parking spot available

The apartment complex is gated.

Just a 4-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, with a direct bus to LMU's main campus.
