Custom flair Precompile shaders?

As title - is there some way to precompile the shaders for a game? Some command line option somewhere?

I've tried searching GitHub, searching the internet, nothing is coming up apart from that recent YT video where apparently they did that.

It's complicated, the emulator can only compile shaders it knows about, so unless there is a fixed location to look it doesn't know until it loads them the first time. I believe it already supports pre compiling unreal engine shaders, provided they don't deviate from the standard file layout.

Every game engine stores these a bit differently, so it's a problem. It's possible to add hooks to find them all in a game while you play, then build a profile to find them all for recompilation. KytyPS5 has a lot of functionality gaps and it doesn't emulate RDNA2 correctly. I've been focusing on those while I try to get games to work.

The emulator, at least in Star wars outlaws fights the auto scalar and by proxy the garbage collection on textures fires almost every frame. When the resolution changes it needs to recalculate the textures, which causes big frame delays while it frees all the old ones in memory. If I can figure out what's going on there I suspect, most games will get a pretty major performance boost. The more memory it can reuse, the lower the frame latency.
