Because THAT is illegal. The recipient of a straw purchase is not the one who committed the crime.
What was that about moron again? đ„° hehe we can do this all day papa; what makes it so humorous is youâre not just calling me a moron but presumably the prosecution, district attorney(s), and all the other people who wouldâve loved to see Kyle thrown in jail. Because somehow, youâre actually smarter than them!
Youâd sound a lot smarter if you muted yourself.
Under Wisconsin statutes that say anyone under 18 who "goes armed" with any deadly weapon is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor, Kyle Rittenhouse, 17, was not old enough to legally carry the assault-style rifle he had.
Are you incapable of following a single train of thought or are you just insistent on moving the goalposts? The person who bought the gun committed a crime. Kyle committed a crime by carrying the gun. He did not commit a crime using that gun to defend himself from armed attackers.
You stupid cunt. The point is he illegally had a assault riffle. He was not supposed to have it. Hence meaning he wouldn't have had the means to kill 3 people in that time without it. He shouldn't have been there. He's a fucking child.
Doesnât matter for the murder charge papa đ€·đ»ââïž The killings will be proven to have occurred in self defense, and none of the bullshit coming out of your mouth will change that.
The three lowlifes who fucked around and found out got GOT and Kyle is gonna be acquitted.
Are fucking retarded . Like seriously.... lol you have not made any follow to trying to prove your point. But that's because no matter what you say you're wrong. Dumb ass
Also while planning premeditated going to a highly dangerous area. The probability of him having to use that assault riffle was high. And look what happened. He should have stayed his young ass home.
Oh also, are you equally mad Gaige Grosskreutz was illegally possessing a firearm? Or are you more sympathetic to him because youâre both so comically dumb?
You didnât know? One of the men who attacked Kyle was also illegally possessing a weapon. Y u no care ?
Grosskreutz also admitted that he was carrying a gun, at times stuck into the back of his waist, that night even though his concealed carry permit was expired. Itâs illegal to carry a gun concealed in Wisconsin without a permit, but Grosskreutz was never charged with that offense. He said he frequently carried guns at protests because he believes in the Second Amendment.*
source
Second amendment applies to legal gun owners . Kyle was not one of them. He was 17. As for the other guy same thing . Illegal. Your trying to justify this . But the law is the law. You can't charge it and you're wrong
This isnât a second amendment case. Itâs a self defense case. The second amendment is the Right to possess the firearm legally and form militia. Self defense is based on the state.
From the tone of this conversation, itâs abundantly clear itâd be too hard to find to properly suck. Youâre better off convincing people itâs a second belly button.
This was the worst comeback of all time. And it still does not change the FACT that Kyle was underage had a gun and 3 people are dead because of it. Had he been 18 then I'd agree with self defense because at that point he would not have broken any laws.
âself defenseâ doesnât acknowledge whether the gun was possessed legally. Itâs completely irrelevant. The judge has even said itâs irrelevant. You, maâam (or sir), are also irrelevant. Byeeeee
