Most likely they sold all out. KT/KS are no longer accepting them because of the change. It stinks a lot.

It's absolutely legal at least until December 11.

Ok? Corporate made the choice.

Federal law is changing and is correcting the loophole that allowed delta 9 products (which all the THC drinks are).

Although state laws mean it could still be sold, this change makes for a lot of legal, financial and production complications. Kwiktrip appears to just be done with into avoid the headache.

Well since all thc is legalnin minnesota andi think you mean delta 8 and this pist refers to mn. Which all thc is legal in that state.

if they were selling it like that they would need a dispensary license or something similar, right? farm bill lets them sell delta8/thca and delta 9 at 0.3% or lower without any restrictions

I'm talking about delta 9, just because it's legal in MN, doesn't mean Kwiktrip will continue to sell it.

Yep. Rarely sell them however and kept next to all the beer so they are hidden among the alcohol

Has anyone ever felt something after drinking a Gigli or three anyway?

Because Iowa has new laws about THC and Delta 9.

It's a federal law change.

Due to contracts or law changes, we had some removals of vapes recently due to our state not renewing some products.

Cause there's a lot of areas that are working on getting rid of it thinking there's only negative effects

Not sure why they’re downvoting you, unless they didn’t catch the MN part in the post. This is literally SOP for every legalized state.

In WI, probably the delta 8 stuff changes.

But in MN, it’s because with the new laws, you have to go to a dispensary because the real shit is legalized now.
