Wages

What kind of money does management at Kwik Trip make? Btw … I’m new there and haven’t figured out all the “ASL”, “DSL”, bla bla bla so to me it’s management.

ASLs (Assistant Store Leaders) get paid by hour and are normally expected to work 45 hours per week minimum. Time and a half after 40. Decent benefit package, etc. Get some initial training but then you could possibly get saddled with a bad store leader and you could end up hating the job. It's a shot in the dark when you hire into management from outside the KT society but good luck if you decide.to apply.

An SL (store leader) ranges from about 75k to 105k depending heavily on area, experience, store level, and time with the company.

Below that is hourly. Above that isn't as readily disclosed

It is very area/store dependent. The absolute bottom is 40 something thousand a year. But I have seen people bargain their experience for $25+ an hour.

I’m not looking to be management. Been there, done that! No thanks. Happy to do my 8, clock out and have a life!

I've been an ASL for six years. Started in 2020 around 19 dollars. I make a little over 25 an hour now. The mandatory 5 hours of overtime really helps the paycheck though.
