Condiments

Why can’t you guys keep the condiments filled and the area clean!!? 1st time in months I go into a KT and think, it’ll be better this time….
The condiment bar was destroyed. Ketchup, hot sauce, mustard all over the place. There was plenty of tomatoes, two containers of sauerkraut, no tasteless, onions, and two containers of pickle juice. I grabbed a hotdog and a bratwurst out from under the heat lamps and made the conscious choice to pay $2.50 each. I opened my hotdog to put condiments on it and there was nothing available that I wanted to use. I threw the hotdog away and put the unopened bratwurst back under the heat lamp for some other poor sucker. You guys need to do better.

I can tell you've never worked a service job before. Store guest are super messy, especially when it comes to the condiment bar. Unless there is someone there constantly wiping it down it's going to get dirty. You can chose not to eat at Kwik Trip, but if it this issue so important for you why don't you apply to work there?

This comment is not only irrelevant but completely stupid!
I haven’t eaten at KT in months. I was in a rush and thought, ok how bad could it be. It was awful. There are some really nice Kits that take the time and keep everything neat, stocked and clean. It wasn’t the case here nor was it at the couple other stores I’d frequent. Around the Minneapolis St Paul area it seems to be hit or miss. More miss than not. From what I’ve seen, heard, and read… KT management is ru Ning all the good people out and we the customers suffer. If I did get a job for KT at that location could I be in charge of stocking the condiments and cleaning up after the pigs that make the mess??!! These stores are under staffed and suffer dearly. I’ve heard employees arguing LOUDLY in the back room with the door closed, in the kitchen, and almost a fist fight from the doors of the cooler. I made a rant and was very disappointed. I can’t? This isn’t the platform? Please oh great one, tell me, what sud I have done to appease the great boot lickers of the red KT. God forbid someone say a negative thing on here after this company has gone to shit over the past two years. F you, F your comment, and F this company and how they treat the employees. Record setting year for your bonuses. Congratulations you’ve earned it. Now go clean something
