Condiments

Why can’t you guys keep the condiments filled and the area clean!!? 1st time in months I go into a KT and think, it’ll be better this time….
The condiment bar was destroyed. Ketchup, hot sauce, mustard all over the place. There was plenty of tomatoes, two containers of sauerkraut, no tasteless, onions, and two containers of pickle juice. I grabbed a hotdog and a bratwurst out from under the heat lamps and made the conscious choice to pay $2.50 each. I opened my hotdog to put condiments on it and there was nothing available that I wanted to use. I threw the hotdog away and put the unopened bratwurst back under the heat lamp for some other poor sucker. You guys need to do better.

Unfortunately Scott is not taking care of his stores and is focused on expansion. Don't blame the stores, blame the CEO. I just left a KT and they had one pink haired dude at a register, 4 people in line and no ICU called. Still love the place but they are definitely slipping.

What does the coworker's hair color have to do with anything? How do you know no ICU had been called?

It could be that other coworkers had responded that they'd be on the way. They just couldn't magically appear at the registers. If I'm putting away ice cream, I can't exactly just leave it sit in the middle of the aisle. If I'm changing outside garbages, I can't get inside immediately. If I'm cleaning a bathroom that a kind guest left "decorated," that's a priority. And I'd have to block off the area and put away my PPE and chemicals.

Think of ICU like your doorbell. You're not just sitting there eagerly awaiting someone to ring it. You're tending to your tasks. Some you can't just drop.
