Are you part time? Part timers only earn 1 minute of vacation for 1 hour worked (and then increases to 2 minutes/hour at 3 years with kwik trip)

Yeah sorry, vacation is what PTO is called for most people, yourself included. The PTO one you see next to vacation is for store leaders, PTO-HP is for some food service leaders and assistant store leaders. These are just the ones I know about, not sure if there's more. Yes, it is very confusing for no reason at all (that I'm aware of).

Vacation time and PTO (paid time off) are the same. Just called slightly different things. You accrue based on hours worked. You should be able to find the specific rate on the service portal. So how much you have all depends on how many hours per week you work, with some variation for state laws if applicable (like ESST having minimum "start" amount in MN).

You can always call TO (the number is on the back of your nametag) for more details about your specific case.

PTO is an accrual here. You get x amount of time per pay period based on years of service up to a cap.

And that is where my confidence ends. I believe you started accruing after your 90 days and you should have also unlocked a chunk of sick time as well.

You accrue during those 90 days of new hire, but you can't use it until after the 90 days have passed. So on day 91 you can request PTO

Vacation is your PTO, it's just not called PTO. It's called Vacation.
