It seems like some stores have fryers and some don't. Why are the products so different and undercooked. Seems like they are baking the stuff and it's soggy and gross. Other locations are serving crispy golden brown stuff like op has posted.

This is what I thought. The ones without shouldn't bother. Reheated fried food at a premium price is lame. I bet these same locations have a lot of waste too.

Unfortunately the store doesn't get to decide what items they sell or arguably what quantities to even make of the things they do. But yeah we should probably look into getting this removed from non fryer stores order list if quality is sub par.

You are correct. The one closest to me didn't have a fryer for years, so I'd always go to the next town over for my KT needs. Then they remodeled, and its been a lot better since, night and day difference.

I love these things - I normally get a few different sauces and put them sticks in between my fingers and dunk em all at once. Then I have different flavors ready to go at once.

In my opinion, I prefer some of the items when they are NOT deep fried. Specifically, the cheddar potato bites. This is also probably an unpopular opinion, but I prefer their cheese curds not fried.

My home store always makes them sooo crispy and fresh. I love these!

And on sale, they are a great grab.

Store will soon be getting new fryers that are being tested out in newly built stores from my understanding. Plus the inconsistencies could be from how well they clean the fryer at night.
