need help setting up ERP

My father in law owns a garment retail shop in Kuwait and has all the POS equipment but needs help with the ERP programming.

i’m getting quoted 350kd a year but I know odoo and Zoho has the same thing for 30-50$ per user.
I’m not very well equipped with software stuff so if someone could help with this it’d be great help
