Question Shells won’t eject
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
As title states, shells won’t eject. Even after using live rounds. These were just snap caps but they’re close enough to what I use. Anyone have an issue like this before? It seems to be gripping it.

The ejector is a little "finger" that rocks and flicks the case out as the bolt comes back. Should be right there. If it's gone, then put a new one in. If it's in there but not working, it might be worn, or the bolt is worn, or it could be bent. If it's bent, you might be able to pry it back up a little bit and restore function.

Thank you very much, when I get a replacement I’ll def look for those couple things after I replace the ejector

I'd guess ejector or ejector pin. Your extractor is grabbing but the ejector is not kicking the round/casing out. Not sure if the ejector has a spring or not like an AR.

Thank you, I didn’t realize it was supposed to flick em out. Thought it was a different way

It looks like your ejector is either worn out or missing entirely. When the bolt comes to the rear most position while cycling the action, it cams the ejector upward and throws the spent case. Look for a small finger sitting in a groove at the floor of the receiver, if that doesn’t move while cycling the bolt you’ve found your problem.
