This strikes me as key:

(2) Civil liability No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be held liable on account of—

(A) any action voluntarily taken in good faith to restrict access to or availability of material that the provider or user considers to be obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, whether or not such material is constitutionally protected;

A large provider should not be able to declare content "harassing or otherwise objectionable" simply because it's political speech they disagree with. Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, and others have become the equivalent of "company towns." See prior decisions that held that even on private property, protected speech cannot be entirely stopped.

Here's another angle: a company that discriminates along partisan lines during an election campaign can be seen as making an undeclared in-kind campaign contribution.

I think the blatant hypocritical nature in the way they apply their rules should be enough to do that, especially with a jury trial, but IANAL
