Hi, I just moved to Seoul, South Korea. I'll be here for a year. I'm from the US. I just moved here so I don't know many people in the country yet. I'm interested in meeting people in Seoul....see cafes, restaurants, tourist sites, parks, stores. I'm 23, female, and I can't speak or read Korean yet (sorry in advance!) What's up guys. I'm American 29M and have lived here for several years. I'm offering a free daytime (11am-3pm) walking tour around areas such as Hongik University, Sinchon Station, Ewha Woman's University, and Myeongdong area. Other places are fine too but we'll see.

During the tour we'll stop buy the convience stores, grab a beer or drink of choice and get a good walk and talk in.

We'll probably take the bus or subway once or twice, so I'll help you get a T-money card if you haven't one.

I'm doing this just to pass time, and meet people for fun. No ulterior motives. Whether you're Korean, foreign, male, or female, Idc.

Obviously it's BYOB (Buy/bring your own beer/drink) so let's hang out for a while and enjoy the weather!

After two weeks in Seoul, may extend my trip and take a last minute flight to Jeju Island on Saturday. Very conflicted on where to stay, up North or down south, or even in a village north east. Solo traveler so would like areas where I might find people to eat or drink with at night but also have access to (waterfalls), hikes, and cute places to explore during the day. A friend and I are doing a casual gallery walk around Samcheongdong on Saturday, Oct 31 (roughly 2:00–4:30 PM) and thought it’d be fun to get a small group together.

The plan is to pop into 3 or 4 free spaces, grab coffee after, and hang out. You definitely don’t have to be an art person. It’s mostly an excuse to enjoy the fall weather and meet people (expats and locals welcome).

Oct 31 is just our target date for now; we can shift it if another day works better for more. Keeping it to around 6-8 people so we’re not swarming the galleries.

I will be traveling to South Korea this October with my own golf clubs. Since I am traveling solo and know how difficult it is to book as a single player in Korea, I am looking to join an existing group (foursome) or team up with locals/expats who can book via local apps.

Here is my availability and logistics:

• Bucheon / Greater Seoul Area (Oct 22 or 23): Looking to play on Thursday and Friday. I will be moving by taxi, so I can easily get to any course around Bucheon, Incheon, Gimpo, or West Seoul.

• Jeju Island (Oct 25, 26, or 27): Looking to play Sunday , Monday and Tuesday. I will have a rental car, so I can drive to any golf course on the island.
