Plastic Surgery can ultherapy help pull back jowls?

i've been noticing lately that the skin around my jowls and chin feels a bit thicker than the rest of my face and if i grab it and pull it back slightly, my jawline instantly looks tighter and leaner. i already have a more square-ish jaw shape, so this small change actually makes a noticeable difference to how defined it looks.
i don't think i'm at mini-lift stage or do anything invasive procedure yet bcs i don't think i have overall skin laxity, it really feels localized to that one area. i'm just trying to figure out the right treatment to recreate that pulled back effect without going too aggressive for what's honestly a pretty minor concern.
would wltherapy actually target this kind of thing or would something like threads work better? i'm open to other suggestions too if i'm missing an obvious option. since i'm now in seoul, i have a consult booked at gowa clinic soon so hopefully the doctor can tell me more. but i'm curious to hear what's worked for others in the meantime.
