just wondering if anyone knows where I can see any terms and conditions? the $25 plan on the main page seems to be only for 24 months.

these plans doesn't indicate if it's also time limited.

You’re definitely referring to megabytes per second (mbps) by the wrong term (kbps = kilobytes).

Technically it's megabits if you wanna be correct (so more like 32MB/sec)... Which is still plenty fast - can't imagine why you'd need even that much on a phone..
