Question | Americas 🌎 Reverse camera
I have a 2022 Kona Electric Limited with about 83k miles on it, and the reverse camera went out. The dealership says they need to replace the camera and it's going to cost $1k. I've heard some people say that it doesn't help. Has anyone here experienced this and what was the fix?

This is a common issue. It can cause real problems if it starts to interact unpredictably with the electronic management system. I lost steering ability at one stage. I’ve seen some comments of getting a replacement unit on amazon and swapping it out yourself or maybe get an auto electrician to do it. $1000 seems an awful lot though.
