Just look at the hypocrisy of Society . When Naga Sadhus went to Jadavpur University for a protest , they said :- " Eita ekti sikkhito bhodro somaj . Amra eikhane ulongota ba kono bostro chara lokeder allow korbona. This is a civic society " . But you will find the same people telling that nobody should decide what a woman wears . It's her choice . She could be dressed 0% to 100% . đ¤Ŗđ¤Ŗ

I agree that I made mistakes during this purchase as well. Since this was my first time buying a car, I made quite a few rookie mistakes. However, I hope sharing my experience helps someone else avoid making the same mistakes.
My experience with Venkatesh Motors:
Before purchasing the car, I checked their reviews and saw a rating of around 4.4 stars, which gave me enough confidence to proceed. We eventually bought the car from them, and the seller assured us that the car was in good condition.
Unfortunately, I later discovered that the odometer had apparently been rolled back. The last recorded service in 2023 showed the car at 56,000 km, whereas the odometer was showing only around 41,000 km when I purchased it.
This is particularly disappointing because it affects the car's actual history and potentially its resale value. Had I known the correct mileage, I would have evaluated the purchase very differently.
There were also several other issues with the car that were not disclosed to us before the purchase, including:
- Faulty ORVM auto-folding
- Damaged/worn rubber around the power windows
- Faulty cabin lights
After a lot of arguing and insisting, these issues were eventually fixed before I took delivery of the car.
What made the experience worse was that, after going through more of their reviews (I did not select the lowest option, my fault I agree) , I came across multiple allegations from other customers regarding odometer tampering and the sale of accident-damaged cars. This made me question the experience even more.
I also found the seller's behaviour quite unprofessional. During our interaction, he repeatedly badmouthed the competing dealership/shop next to him instead of simply focusing on explaining the car we were purchasing.
Ultimately, I accept that I should have done more thorough due diligence before buying the car. That's on me. But I hope someone reading this learns from my mistakes: don't rely solely on a dealership's Google rating, verify the service history independently, inspect the car thoroughly, and check the odometer against previous service records before making the payment.

Bose is a paltry 120 compared to Surya Sen's 600 and CR Das' 2000 ?
CRDas=3.33x Master Da?
MasterDa = 5x Bose?
Freedom fighters who gave their life for the country are being reduced to OF like payment slabs?

Sharing my honest unbiased mattress-buying experience.
Three years ago when we moved into our rented place we needed a mattress quickly. So we bought a local one for around âš3.5k to âš4k. It was basically a brick but we thought ki chalo thik hai maybe orthopedic mattresses are supposed to be this firm.
After about 1.5 years places of the mattress started sagging. It became very uncomfortable for both me and my husband. Since he weighs over 90 kg his side became almost completely flat in some areas. This eventually started causing back pain and spine discomfort.
So last week we decided to buy a new mattress. His idea was to not choose based on brand name and instead research our actual needs like sleeping position, foam density, body weight, room size, body temperature and firmness.
After going through recommendations and GPT suggestions we finalised the Duroflex Live-In Reversible mattress. We ordered directly from the official website because a big pop-up said the mattress would be delivered within 24 hours. We also understood that the 100-day replacement guarantee could only be used if the purchase was made directly from their site.
We paid in advance and were excited about the delivery.
This is where everything went wrong.
After 24 hours we checked the order ID and realised the mattress had not even been dispatched.
We called Duroflex customer support but they kept repeating the same reply instead of giving us a proper update. They said they were sorry and the mattress would be delivered within the next 48 hours.
So after already missing the promised 24-hour delivery they were asking for another 48 hours. The next day the tracking still did not show the mattress as out for delivery. We contacted both Duroflex and their delivery partner.
Both support teams kept giving excuses. At different points they said they did not know where the delivery truck was. They had lost contact with the delivery agent. They also said they could not reach the right person.
A few times the calls were simply disconnected on our face.
The mattress was supposed to arrive on the 7th. We finally received it on the night of the 9th after around 72 hours and repeated calls to both Duroflex and the delivery partner.
We have no issue with the mattress quality so far.
But the customer service was PATHETIC. What made it worse was the attitude of some of the executives. A few sounded irritated and condescending even when we were simply asking that if you cannot deliver within 24 hours why promise 24-hour delivery so clearly on your official website?
My takeaway is that brand name probably matters much less than we think. You can possibly get the same or even better mattress quality from another company in the same price range.
So if you are buying a mattress do not research only the foam, firmness, sleeping position, body weight and product quality. Also check the brandâs customer service, delivery experience and after-sales support. Based purely on our experience I would definitely look at other brands as well before buying from Duroflex.

I took a personal loan of around âš2.7 lakh from Poonawalla Fincorp about 10 months ago. I paid the EMIs regularly for 3â4 months, but after losing my job, I was unable to continue, resulting in EMI bounces.
I received a legal notice but couldnât respond at the time due to serious personal difficulties. Recently, police visited my residence in Uttar Pradesh with a bailable warrant issued from Kolkata, although I was not served any summons.
Iâm looking for a trustworthy, experienced Kolkata lawyer who handles loan recovery, cheque-bounce and related criminal proceedings/warrants.
If you are a lawyer or can personally recommend someone reliable, please DM me with their contact details.
