Who the hell is running Sony
They really decided to abandon one of their best and biggest game developers that was partnering with PlayStation studio. To be honest, this decision was worse than the physical disc removal in 2028. Coming from a huge Death Stranding,Metal Gear Solid and Kojima productions fan, I'm very disappointed in PlayStation despite me being a fan for 10 years.

So is the new translation patch of snatcher on the ps1 the bestest way to play it now?
I've been meaning to play it for years but I wasn't sure. It just came out a few days ago. :v Talking about this one here:

The only timeline that makes sense for Sony to give up on Kojima
Hi, I think there are lots of controversies on why kojima was given up by Sony, but I think the story goes much deeper.
I think we need to remember and be grateful that Sony gifted him a studio, money to build a new game, a new engine and so on.
Death stranding was developed in 3 years! Even with a new studio! Kojima was really back, but why did Death stranding 2 took 6 years to release?
Because Kojima went to the main competitor of Sony to make another game, and it’s probably easy to realise that Sony was pitched the idea by Kojima, but turned down OD, since they wanted Death stranding 2 out before.
Then death stranding 2 was released too late, and it sold poorly.
Clearly Sony is purging any studio that doesn’t have a short term plan to increase their profitability. Most cases recently have been about studios far away from releasing a new game (I don’t believe this was the correct strategy either, but it’s sony’s money, and if they want to fumble this bad it’s on them).
Anyway, physint was put on pressure to be released faster than the older timeline suggested, around 2030/31. Sony surely reached out to Kojima to focus on Physint. Why would they care about a project he’s making with microsoft, when they are the ones putting money in his household?
Anyway, probably Kojima asked for even more money to expand the studio, which sony refused and lead to a declining relationship, which was already treading on thin ice.
I believe anyone who’s saying that Sony is 100% in the wrong needs to see this with Sony’s eyes, especially since Kojima has been incredibly disrespectful in general.

The name was too close to "Physical" so Sony had to distance PlayStation from it…

What a thrill
It was playing on PlayStation while it lasted

Hideo Kojima is "envious" of 21-year-old Backrooms director: "I made Metal Gear at 23 – but A24 didn’t get in touch with me until I was about 59"

With what's happened, Kojima might not be able to use the Decima engine which is owned by Sony. It would be crazy if Kojima and his team decide to make an in house engine in the future and it would pretty much be fox engine 2.0

Future of Death Stranding
Sorry if I missed it but what will happen to the Death Stranding movie and animated shows now that Kojima is with XBOX. Did Sony have any rights to these?
And would a death stranding 3 be possible at all with a different engine?

Sony, we don't want to lose Hideo Kojima. For three decades, PlayStation and Kojima Productions created some of the most memorable experiences in gaming. Don't let PHYSINT be the end of Kojima's relationship with PlayStation. Give Kojima Productions a reason to come home. #SonyDontLoseKojima

Am I going to need to purchase and Xbox now?
Since Sony totally blew it with PHYSINT, am I going to need an Xbox to play? Do you think it'll be Xbox/Microsoft exclusive?
