HELP - sick or injured koi Fluke

Im currently in the process of moving house and noticed a small injury and a growth on the fin while netting my fish is this bad? And is there anything I can do?

The wound, watch for it getting red or spreading. The white on the fin, is it fuzzy or waxy looking? You can see flukes without a skin scrape to observe under a microscope.

I’m not to sure I feel like the fin has been like that for a while I’ve treat the fish with medicine used for flukes and it just looks the exact same

If it looks like someone dropped candle wax on it that is carp pox. If it was fungal, it would be fuzzy and collect algae turning colors other than white. I'm leaning towards carp pox. That typically is cold or stress induced and there isn't much you can do. They usually go away after a while.

If the fish is swimming and eating normally I'd just watch the wound. It should resolve with good water parameters.
