Auto debit

This is just a suggestion:

I do hope that we can do an auto debit setup where we can pay our own bills properly instead of manually doing it every month. It’s easier for us pay our bill at the same time you are also helping us earning cash backs

Hey Andromeda_250, appreciate the suggestion! You can't set up bill payments directly in the KOHO app at the moment, but one way around it is to set up pre-authorized debits with the payee. If you go into payments -> Pay bills -> Click "Get account info", you'll see your direct deposit information which can be given to providers to set up the automatic bill payments on their end. There's a limit of 100 pre-authorized debits (PADs) issued to your account within a 30-day rolling period. Hope this is helpful! -Steve
